HRGen has a school portal and campus workflow configuration blueprint to help institutions frame a digital project. It is not a deployed education product. Requirements, data controls, roles, integrations and delivery scope must be established with each institution before implementation.

Configuration blueprint, not a live product
The School Portal PWA is currently a configuration blueprint. It is not available as a production service, and this page does not claim that any specific feature, integration or compliance control is ready.
Plan privacy and access early
A project discovery should identify the information involved, who may access it, how consent and retention are handled, and which safeguards require technical and operational review. Do not send student records in an initial inquiry.
Agree on scope before implementation
A next step can be a requirements discussion covering institution type, current systems, priority workflows, devices, connectivity and decision timeline. Any build, hosting or integration work is quoted after scope is agreed.

Can my school sign up and use this portal now?
No. The portal is a configuration blueprint, not a live ready-to-buy service. Contact HRGen to discuss whether a scoped project is a fit.
Does the blueprint include student information system integrations?
No integration is promised on this page. Compatibility and data exchange would need to be assessed and scoped for the institution’s systems.
How do we start a project discussion?
Share the institution type, priority workflows and current systems through the inquiry link. Do not include student records or other sensitive information.
